Please don't insist for merger of Grade 11 and Grade 111.It will have retrograde effects.Gr 11, Gr 111 & Sr.PM's pay levels should be on par with IP,ASP and PSGr.B respectively.Level for Grade 1 may be fixed correspondingly.It may be requested that the minimum pay in the level of the supervisor (PM Gr 1, 11,111 & Sr PM should atleast be above the minimum pay in the level of the supervised (PA,L.S.G,H.S.G 11 and H.S.G 1) at any point of time. It is to be remembered that one of the meritorious points put forth by IP Association was that they have to inspect the works of even H.S.G 11 & I Officials and so their pay should be above that of HSG 1 officials.
Lot of money being lost due to passing the promotion exam of pm gr_1.around 6000 in hra. Double establishments,. High risk of being accused for others omissions. Knowledge of all products, programs and projects necessitated
the postmaster cadre should also write to the directorate for making the hra of post attached quarter optional as many are inhabit able many with less rent compared with the hra deducted from employees.There is no justification of these quarters these days because the only give financial loss to employees. No other benefit from it in most cases
